Prison Break é uma série de 22 episódios sobre um homem (Dominic Purcell) falsamente acusado de homicídio do irmão da Vice-Presidente dos Estados Unidos.

O irmão dele (Wentworth Miller), um engenheiro que por acaso construiu a prisão onde ele está, e perante a inevitabilidade da pena de morte já com data marcada, vai fazer-se prender para depois de lá estar dentro, conseguir fugir livrando do destino fatal.

O argumento dá aqui e ali mais umas voltinhas, mas é à volta do planeamento e execução da fuga que a história gira. E gira muito bem.

Tattoo Artist: You telling me your just gonna walk out of here and I'm never gonna see it again.
Michael Scofield: There's a good chance of that, yes.
Tattoo Artist: Most guy's start, you know, for the first one they start with something small. Mom. Girlfriend's initials. Some thing like that. Not youuu! You get a full sheet of sleeves all in a couple of months. Takes guys a few years to get the ink you got.
Michael Scofield: I don't have a few years. Wish to hell I did.

Já vi toda e vai haver season II, não sei o que será possivel na II, mas logo se vê.

Melhor série que apareceu desde 24, simplesmente genial, de uma inteligência suprema e com plot twists devastadores...
